For the chemical sector
P5600 polyurethane is the perfect material for all applications requiring both resistance to aggressive agents and high resistance to wear, such as applications in the chemical sector.
For the food industry
In addition, P5600 polyurethane is suitable for direct contact with food, as it fulfils the criteria of EU Directive 2002/77/EC, ensuring that no particles or other matter migrate from the material to the food during the work process. For this reason, it is the preferred solution for food & beverage applications.
For frequent washing
Particularly performant in wet and humid environments, and highly resistant to contact with caustic soda and soap solutions, this type of seal is suitable for all sectors where machines are frequently washed.
This type of polyurethane was specially developed so that it can withstand aggressive agents and allow the seal to work in environments with temperatures ranging from -25°C to +85°C.
Advantages
Thanks to its abrasion resistance, elasticity and resistance to many extreme agents, the P5600 seal guarantees longer service life, less maintenance and lower operating costs.
