SERIE Y: STAINLESS STEEL PNEUMATIC CYLINDERS UP TO Ø200 mm

In line with its goal of offering an increasingly complete range of pneumatic cylinders for the B2B market, Artec has expanded its SERIE Y range to include a new Ø200 mm bore size. With this addition, the line of ISO 15552 stainless steel pneumatic cylinders now covers bore sizes from Ø32 up to Ø200 mm.

Stainless Steel Pneumatic Cylinder

The new Ø200 mm SERIE Y cylinder is built with AISI 316 stainless steel end caps and a 304 stainless steel round tube. Like the rest of the range, it features a polyurethane P5600 rod seal suitable for direct food contact and resistant to chemical agents. Other seals are available upon request.
Mounting accessories and rod accessories are also available in stainless steel and fully compatible with the new bore size, ensuring maximum versatility during installation.

ARTEC Pneumatic expands its range of compact cylinders with a new double-acting version of the SERIE P, equipped with adjustable pneumatic cushioning. Fully compliant with ISO 21287, this model maintains compact dimensions and standard mounting interfaces, ensuring full compatibility with ISO accessories and easy integration into existing systems.

Compact cylinder with adjustable pneumatic cushioning: technical features

The new SERIE P pneumatic cylinder with integrated cushioning is available in bore sizes from Ø32 to Ø63 mm and standard strokes ranging from 5 to 400 mm.
The pneumatic cushioning is adjustable at both ends, allowing precise control of deceleration at stroke limits. 
The front end cover has been specially designed to accommodate the cushioning system and features an extended section that also acts as a light guide for the piston rod, enhancing stability and alignment.

Full ISO 21287 compliance and easy integration

The cushioned SERIE P cylinder complies with the mounting interfaces and dimensions specified by ISO 21287, ensuring full compatibility with standard accessories and allowing smooth integration into pre-existing equipment and systems.

SERIE H Pneumatic Cylinders for Cento Carnevale d’Europa 2025

During the 2025 edition of the Cento Carnevale d’Europa, a highly significant event for our region held annually in the city of Cento (FE), home to ARTEC Pneumatic’s headquarters, ARTEC actively contributed to the creation of an allegorical float that paraded through the city streets.
Our involvement came through the supply of SERIE H pneumatic cylinders, which enabled the synchronized movement of complex mechanical components.

The ISO 15552 SERIE H cylinder was used in a sophisticated scenographic application, installed on a mobile platform designed to operate smoothly and safely during the parade.

Anti-rotation pneumatic cylinder with twin rods: ARTEC expands the SERIE H range

ARTEC expands the range of its SERIE H cylinders, designed in compliance with ISO 15552 standards, with a new anti-rotation version featuring twin rods.

Alongside the version equipped with an internal anti-rotation system, the new HDMA2 is now available.

It combines guidance and anti-rotation functions in a single, compact and robust solution.

This new model is part of a continuous effort to expand ARTEC Pneumatic’s SERIE H cylinders, with the goal of responding more precisely to the diverse application needs of our customers.

New HDMA2: guidance and anti-rotation in one pneumatic cylinder

The HDMA2 cylinder maintains the same profile as ARTEC Pneumatic’s SERIE H cylinders, but features a solid aluminium front head, designed to accommodate two piston rods fixed to a steel plate developed by ARTEC.

This plate includes four direct mounting holes and effectively prevents rod rotation during operation, ensuring stable and controlled linear motion.
